Right of return

RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY

Returns within Germany are free of charge up to 14 days after delivery. A return form is included with your order to simplify the process.

  1. Fill out the return form
  2. Return the form and item to the original box in the package
  3. Seal the package securely and attach the return label
  4. Bring to a DHL branch or arrange collection (for a fee) with DHL
  5. When the package arrives, we will notify you
  6. Returns will only be refunded to the original purchaser

 

RETURNS OUTSIDE GERMANY

Returns are possible from abroad up to 14 days after receipt of your delivery, but unfortunately, these are not free of charge. Import and delivery fees are your responsibility. Please address your return to:

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with tags intact. Personalized items are non-returnable.

REFUND

The refund will be made using the same payment method and currency as the purchase. The debited amount will always be refunded to the buyer and cardholder who placed the order. If the return was purchased with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued.

The time for payment refund depends on the respective payment method or credit card.

EXCHANGE WITHIN GERMANY

Free exchanges within Germany are possible, provided they are a one-time exchange for the same item in a different size. Personalized items cannot be exchanged. The conditions for the exchange right are the same as the return policy.
