Shipping Times

Orders that are stated as ‘In Stock’ on the product page will take 2-3 days to process and dispatch from our head office by our reliable registered couriers. Each garment is carefully crafted by human hands. Therefore, please allow 10 – 12 business days for your order to be shipped.

We strive to send orders on time to the best of our ability. At times of influx, dispatch dates may be pushed out slightly. If this is the case, we will surely communicate any backlogs.

As soon as your gems have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking details.

Please note:

It is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers’ public holidays. We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout. If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will not deliver the product and another delivery will need to be arranged. This will result in a delay. Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products. All Products are shipped South Africa.

Shipping Services
Complete orders will be dispatched via courier as soon as the order has been consolidated and quality checked. A flat courier rate of R100 applies on all nationwide deliveries.

International shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. We ship with either Airmail or EMS. International prices are excluding SA tax. The customer will be responsible for all customs tax and import duties that are levied by their respective country. You will be sent a tracking number where you will be able to track your shipment. We do not accept returns on international orders.

International shipping outside South Africa is via DHL worldwide | Fed Ex.  Customers are responsible for any duties assessed.

Delivery times will vary, but on average delivery will be within 4-6 business days for all in-stock items. 

apfelgruen is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.  

Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase.

The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached.

To request an exchange, please send an email to info@apfelgruen.eu with your order number and we will get back to you to facilitate the exchange. We will arrange for collection from your address free of charge, and deliver your exchanged item again free of charge.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send an email to us at info@apfelgruen.eu with a description of the defect and we will get in contact with you to facilitate an exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days of delivery for national orders.
